If you think the monthly fee is too high we do offer discounts

are not in the domain registration business. We recommend www.godaddy.com or
www.networksolutions.com for these services. Transferring of the domain into your name is your
responsibility.
What is required to transfer the domain name?
You agree that transfer of the domain name is your responsibility. You agree to take
ownership of any domain names associated with your hosting account while your account is paid
and in good standing. You agree that all information provided to take ownership of the domain,
including but not limited to, Your name, address, phone number, and email address are true and
accurate. Newly registered domain names have a 60-day waiting period before they can be
transferred. This is not our rule, but a rule set forth by ICANN. Webplus, Inc. allows transfer
of domain names to any accredited register. If your domain has been registered for over 60 days,
we will gladly help you with the transfer. If your domain name has not yet been registered for
the full 60 days, we will give you the authorization code the day it is eligible to be transferred
upon your request. If you cancel your account with us before the waiting period is over, we will
only allow you to transfer the domain for 30 days after the date the waiting period has ended.
All domains which have not had ownership transferred and have had the associated hosting account
canceled, either by Your request, because of violation of Webplus, Inc.'s terms of service, or due
to non-payment will be considered abandoned and will be retained by Webplus, Inc. You agree to
waive all rights to abandoned domains and that there will be no grace period after hosting
cancellation to transfer domains unless the situation involves a 60 day waiting period. If you
have questions regarding domain transfers please let us know and we will assist you.
Can I change my domain name?
Yes. If you have a registered domain or plan to purchase one, you can change your sites
address to that domain/url. All you would have to do is change your domains" nameservers
to point to ours, tell us to set it up on our end, change the name in your store admin, and
change your sites banners and text to your new name and you"re ready to make some sales.
Where do the 10,000 visitors that you are sending to my site originate?
The 10,000 visitors that we are sending to your new website are generated via expired
domain traffic. Please drop us an email for the published prices on additional visitors.

When I try adding a product, it says "Model number does not exist"? Why is that?
When you are adding products to your store, you might be placing the product number
on the wholesaler's page as your product number. This is fine and recommended, but some
product numbers from the wholesalers contain commas (,), periods (.), slashes (/), and/or
hyphens (-). Only numbers and letters are accepted in the product number box.
Where do I acquire a business license/Tax ID?
For this you will need to contact your local court house. The requirements/fees depend
on which state you are doing business.
Do I need to have a business license/Tax ID?
If you want to be a legitimate law abiding business then yes. Webplus, Inc. will not
be held responsible for your business practices.
How much of my profits do you take from my sales?
The profits that you generate are all yours and the sky is the limit. We have set your
prices at roughly 20% above the wholesale price, but you are the store owner so feel free to
adjust them in order to get the profit margins that you are looking for. We DO NOT take any
percentage of your online sales.
How do I determine which products are on the front page displayed as "Today's Specials"?
This is totally up to you to decide. The ones that we originally place on the front page
are products that have good images and are attractive to the potential customers of your new
online business. You may add or remove as many products as you want to the "Today's Specials"
area. When you click on the little pencil next to a product in the product tree, there is a
box near the bottom of the page that you can check called "On Special". If you would like a
product to appear on the front page simply check the box and the image that you have as the
thumbnail image will appear on the front page of your online store.
I've tried doing things with my site and now it's a disaster, can you put it back to its original look?
Yes. We can reset your store to its original look and feel in no time at all. Simply
request a store reset to hosting@webplus.com. If you
would like, we can send you all of the images that we used when setting up your website so
that you can make these changes yourself. Just send us a request. Since this is now your
business, feel free to change the look and feel of your store as much as you'd like.
I have made changes to my site but when I refresh my page the changes don"t appear.
What am I doing wrong?
The good news is that you aren"t doing anything wrong. In 99% of these cases the problem
is a browser caching problem. If you are using Internet Explorer click Start, then
Control Panel, Internet Options and once there under Temporary Internet Files you need
to click “Delete Files”. If you are using Mozilla Firefox, you can do this in an open
browser by clicking Tools, Clear Private Data and then only check Cache. Once Cache is
checked click “Clear Private Data Now” and your problems should be resolved.
If not wait 10 minutes and try again.
I just added a product, but it is not showing up in my store, why is that?
In your Store Administration section, you probably have the “Track Stock”,
“Show Stock”, and “Hide Out-of-stock Products” boxes checked.
This is a great feature to keep track of your products if you are tracking your own
inventory. With your store purchase we provide a wholesaler that will have plenty of
inventory for the products they have to offer. We recommend leaving these boxes unchecked
as there is no inventory to keep track of on your end, therefore all of your products will
show up on your site all of the time.
Will I be notified when someone places an order?
Yes. There is a box that reads "Send New Order Emails"
on your "General Store" screen. When you set up your personal information,
please make sure that box is checked to receive your email notification. You
will also need to be sure that the email address that you have entered on
this page is an email address that you check on a regular basis. If you do
not wish to use your personal email address for your web business, Webplus
does have other email account services you are welcome to take advantage of.
What types of email accounts do you offer?
If you would like to setup an email address for your business
such as sales@yourstorename.com please make the request to
hosting@webplus.com and we will be happy to
setup an email account in that name or establish an email forward that will send
any email received by your business email address to your own personal email address. More
information about our email hosting can be found on our
Merchant Services page. Both the email account
and email forwarding is included in our Online Business Maintenance Fee.
Can I have more than one wholesaler?
Yes, and we encourage it. The more products and variety that you can offer, the better.
The key is to keep people coming back to your website. You can sell as many products from as
many suppliers as you would like as long as you have a way to keep them all organized. Coming
up with a good product numbering scheme is a good idea when you are listing products from
multiple suppliers.
How can I resize the product images that I get from my wholesaler?
